Moscatel Pasas
It is a dense, glyceride wine, boldly staining the glass walls. It has all the tones of mahogany, clean and very bright. On the nose it is perfumed with an elegant aroma of muscat and raisins. Details appear to dried fruits like figs. In the background we can find nuances of jasmine and tuberose.
The palate confirms its density, although it does not become pasty, with a powerful, tasty sweetness. The correct acidity facilitates its passage and makes it not cloying in the sea.
It is the appropriate wine for desserts and snacks. It goes well with pestiños and all those pastas made with orange blossom water. Ideal to be drizzled over a glass of vanilla ice cream.
