It is a fresh, dry chamomile, direct to the palate, with characteristic aromas of biological aging. It is a bright yellow wine with notes of white flowers and a sharp finish. In the mouth it is smooth and silky, very broad and with a long aftertaste, due to its biological aging under a veil of flower in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where it has a microclimate that impregnates it with a salty and humid touch. In addition, its sea breeze influenced by the mouth of the Guadalquivir river.
It is a selected wine, extracted directly from the boot to the bottle “En Rama”. After passing through 5 criaderas, César Florido tasted the entire solera, selecting for the extraction, the boot that is considered unique for its subsequent bottling, without clarification or filtration treatments.
